“ This place was very nice. We walked in and were seated immediately. We had the option of a table or booth. We chose the booth. It was very comfortable. The food came out in a timely manner and the service was impeccable. It is a bit dark when trying to read the menu. But the lighting is great for a date. We both enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and remoulade as an appetizer. I had redfish, broccoli, and a salad and it was cooked to perfection. There was a remoulade sauce on it as well. The broccoli was not soggy nor undercooked. It was seasoned very well. The dish my date got was cooked very well. We had no complaints. The prices were reasonable. “ Food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Only slight downfall was the lack of decor. The crawfish and crab bread was amazing ! We also had the poor man's lobster and the shrimp and grits which were also fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back! ”

“ Wow! Great place. The plentiful shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Some of the best I have ever had. My wife had the crab and shrimp bread which was rich, cheesy and delicious. The service was perfect. Prices were reasonable. Place was clean. Restrooms were shared with other businesses and could have been a bit cleaner. Definitely choose this place. ”

“ Visited Laurel on New Year’s Day and there really wasn’t much option for food. Called this place @ 7:20 and found out they are open till 8, we literally ran to the place cause I hate going to a restaurant near their closing time. Arrived @ 7:30 and there was only table finishing up their meal, ordered our food and they came out in 5 min. lol Yo the food is GOOD!!! I had the half shrimp half red shrimp and I swear they gave me more than what I paid for. They are fresh and full of flavor, the corn and the sausage are also very yummy! Husband has the fried seafood sampler and again they gave him a lot of food, maybe it’s near closing time they jus gave us all there’s left but I ain’t gonna complain The crab stack with fried green tomato is so delicious. I just wish we had gotten there earlier so we didn’t have to be in a rush (they didn’t rush us at all, it’s me having worked at restaurants for years I don’t want to make the worker stay late) ”

“ My husband and I visited Laurel for the first time and we throughly enjoyed our experience! Blue Crab Grill was our dinner on Saturday and it was delicious! We had the shrimp and crab dip as an appetizer. My husband had the seafood platter and I had their famous firecracker shrimp. Kit was our server and she was great! She made our time there even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! ”

“ We had a party of 10 I think. The server was awesome, nice and had the menu items down pat. And we didn't have to wait long on any food at all. Salad came out quick and freshhhhhh. Loved the fried green tomatoes can't go wrong with that. I ordered the hamburger steak and it was one of my better ones. Will be attending some more meeting. To try other food on the menu. ”
